Having stayed in various parts of Anna Maria Island over several years, we discovered Heron’s Landing for our vacation in March. The spacious, comfortable accommodations have an idyllic setting right on Tampa Bay along with gardens, private pier and boat dock. The beach is approximately 100 yards away so you have the best of both worlds. The surrounding area has a number of bars, restaurants; many are within walking distance in addition to the free island trolley at the end of the street. What more could you want? What a find! We will be returning.

My family has enjoyed another visit to Heron’s Landing in sunny Bradenton Beach. Being so close to the gulf and yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood is delightful. Next year will make it our 8th year to vacation at Heron’s Landing. We especially enjoy the dock and pier to fish.

This will be our 4th visit to Heron’s Landing. My husband enjoys having his boat docked at the pier ready to take off for a day of fishing in the gulf. You’re so close to Longboat Pass. It’s great for my grandkids that spend the day either on the gulf beaches swimming and building sandcastles or fishing with grandpa on your dock.
